Voice network...IP Phone issue.

The Avaya 1692 phones are still rebooting after the voice networks were blocked..

when ever we have any scans on that Ip address the Phones are rebooting ...do we have any soultion to fix this issue...

 

For Time beaing we have added that Ip address in Host exclusion List...but need to scans that Ip address without the Phone reboot.

is it Possible ?
