VIP Credential Help
If your VIP is having trouble authenticating, please first go to VeriSign's website to check and reset your VIP Credential:
Lost My VIP Credential
If you have lost your VIP device, please email email@example.com requesting that your VIP association be deactivated for your QualysGuard account.
Alternatively, another user on your subscription who has Manager level access can uncheck VIP for your name in the Users section and disable your VIP credential.
This is available under Users > Edit user in question > Options > VeriSign Identity Protection (VIP)

If you don't have access to your VIP token then you can also request a one-time use code be emailed:
Of course if you've lost your token then you'll want to follow the steps above, but the one-time code can be a good occasional-use feature (such as when you've simply left your phone on the kitchen table).
