Can you confirm if the portal performance issues are affecting Vuln Scans? We're noticing many of our scans are running well behind their normal rates and would like to eliminate this as a cause if possible. Thank you!
If you are seeing performance issues please send a quick email to email@example.com or give us a call at 650-801-6161 so we can investigate. We have recently implemented some global concurrency limits to control the amount of scans we launch during our peak performance times. Some scans may be marginally delayed but we have not seen any significant delays nor other issues impacting the scanning service. Global Scan services are monitored closely by our operations team to ensure there is no degradation in performance.
It should be noted that the global concurrency limits are an interim measure. As we continue to scale the QualysGuard infrastructure, the need for the limits will decrease and they will be removed.
