Outage and Slowness in "Classic" Web GUI

We were unable to logon to QualysGuard this morning around 10:30am (CDT) today (9/14/2011). I tried again around 11:30 and called support. They said they were experiencing heavy load conditions and didn't have an ETA to a fix.


I was able to logon around 11:45am and the Dashboard is frozen and just says "Processing", but everything else works.


Looking forward to hearing something from support about what happened...
