It takes about 1.5 hours to receive remediation ticket

I am testing remediation automatic ticketing at customer site.

When VM scan is finished, the scan status icon is still "not processed". Then about 1.5 hours later, the icon becomes green which means "processed". Also there is a ticket appearing under tab of Tickets in Remediation.

Is it normal that it takes 1.5 hour to create remediation ticket? Customer seems not satisfied.

Please advise it.
