E06 and E13 network errors on LCD panel

Hello,

 

Troubleshooting E06 and E13 errors on the QualysGuard LCD panel is a nightmare!

 

I've checked that the appliance can gain DNS requests, there is no apparent routing loop in the region, and the firewall is curently allowing all traffic from the box out over HTTPS.  I can see allowed traffic getting through to qualysguard.qualys.com, but not the other IPs you'd expect an appliance to regularly communicate with.

 

Why isn't there some mechanism to probe the logs of the appliance, and check where it's process is falling over?
