Is anyone running policy compliance against Windows 7 desktops?

Policy compliance scans are failing when run against Windows 7 machines. It seems that there are files/directories (c:windows > CSC and property of several registry entries LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CurrentControlSet > Control > Class) that Windows 7 purposely did not create an owner, therefore, even a domain administrator (qualys account) is not able to view the contents. Any assistance on a workaround or solution would be greatly appreciated.
