I would like to know what is the end of life date for the HW QGSA-2120 ?

Good luck... I have tried to track this information down for some time (we have gen 3 and 4 models) as I want to better track...We had all of our gen 2 stuff replaced like 4 years ago. Might want to talk to your account manager about getting that gear swapped out. If I remember right, gen 2 is 4gb ram (max) with core duo 2 processors... The newer stuff has much better procs and much more ram so I would imagine you would see much improvement in scan time if you upgraded.
Qualys Support is preparing a communication about end of life / end of support for older scanner appliances (with information about obtaining replacements), and will send it out to affected customers when ready. I've also asked them to post the information here when it's available.
You might also consider the Virtual Scanners. They can be deployed in the cloud as well. Your TAM will be able to provide details.
