Error 404 with Cloud Agent

Hi, 

 

I am getting this problem after installing the cloud agent

Already tried to install the VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority as suggested in another topic. 

Already tried to restart, reinstall, etc the cloud agent

 

When I try to connect to https://qagpublic.qg2.apps.qualys.eu/  using a browser it gives me error 404.

 

Anybody can suggest how to fix this? Thanks.
