ServiceNow offer an integration with Qualys to fetch vulnerability tickets. Is this integration fully developed by ServiceNow or Qualys has something to do with it? We are facing some issues where XML data is not coming in to ServiceNow even though API calls are made. Who can help us with that? We raised a ticket with Qualys and they asked us to reach out to ServiceNow. ServiceNow wants Qualys to pitch in and look where the issue is because the integration is already done. We are stuck with nowhere to go now. Any help on this will be appreciated.
