We have computers with Cloud Agent - particularly OS X systems - that get alert QID 110327 which lists the version as 16.16.6 and says updates are missing.
For MS Office with O365 16.21.0 (19011500) is current but for the version without O365 version 16.16.6 (190114) is still the latest.

Is it possible the QID is being incorrectly generated because the Agent thinks that it is the O365 version rather than the plain nonO365 version?
Can the Agent tell these versions apart? I can't find any updates that apply despite the QID.
