Cloud agent not auto updating

We have auto update enabled for Cloud Agent to update automatically and we seen majority of the agents getting new version 2.1.1 on Windows. However, there are few thousands agents that are just sitting there and not getting update. Is there anything can be done from Qualys side to force update those agents? We don't want to uninstall and reinstall as we need the VM data.
