Qualys scan appliance install issue.
This is the error on console - ERR 05 QG SSL certval
Since we are seeing traffic on the FW going out to 188.8.131.52
which is qgadmin-vam.us2.oraclecloud.com.
This means DNS is resolving domain name to IP address and this seems to be not DNS issue as mentioned in the Scan appliance user guide.
Please let me know if I need to raise a RMA ticket for replacement of this device or there is an solution for this issue.
