Is it Possible to Correlate API in Qualys with our Ticketing system

Ive searched to see if Qualys is compatible with different ticket systems but can seem to find much. We have the software called Team Dynamix and would like to use this for some remediation and reporting rather than using so many asset tags for the reporting part; and to get get  a little more out of the remediation we want to use our ticketing system. Any suggestions on API documentation for this kind of thing?
