While uploading IP ranges in the Scan policy, we are getting the error like "not in your account.
How we can fix this issue. Kindly assist us.

This message means you have not added the IP to your subscription yet. All IP's need to be added to be scanned.

How do we add the IP to our Subscription list.
The easy way is to perform a discovery on the subnet(s) you're interested in. View the results and add those you want, to the subscription. I would also recommend the Qualys Training videos on VM or PC (www.qualys.com/training)
