Scanner appliance not connected

Hi community,

 

i have installed a new scanner appliance, during the installation everything was fine and there was no error message on the display. After installation, i saw in Qualys Guard in the Browser that the appliance is not connected. But the appliance still dont show any error message on the display...  Can someone tell me, what i can do?
