We are using qulays plugin for the integration, when i try to make a api call for host list detection call, i get only response as date but not the host lists. Below is the snippet.

I would say open a case with the TAM to get that investigated as the API is working under my account in our platform. Also there is an additional API permission in the advanced Administration which I always give me scripting only user. Let me know but you might want to add that and verify the user your connecting with still has the API turned on. There are two places you can turn this one.
Please open a ticket with Support. Did your TAM enable the ServiceNow CMDB Sync access in BO? There is a charge for this prouct, and that might be why.
