I'm trying to run the SSL Server Test on beta.koobeca.com and it says it can't resolve the host name. But all other sites including my own PC can resolve it just fine, any ideas?
If I type in your domain in browser, web page displays normally. But there may be some DNS problems. Probably the problem is in DNSSEC, that browsers do not check.
1. I checked your page with test: https://www.htbridge.com/ssl/ and it returns DNS error: Domain name was resolved in an invalid IP address
2. I checked your domain with: https://www.hardenize.com/report/beta.koobeca.com/1531720194#domain_dnssec
and it returns DNSSEC error: We've detected serious problems that require your immediate attention.
3. And real DNS test http://dnsviz.net/d/beta.koobeca.com/dnssec/ witch also returns DNSSEC errors.
Please consult with DNS administrator in your company to solve DNS problems.
The only think that ssllabs.com could improve is to return more specific error that it has found, so it would be easier to find out DNS like problems. Current error message Unable to resolve domain name looks like someone has mistyped domain name in into field.
Any ideas? Can you tell me which dns servers you refer to when trying to resolve this domain name?
