"Error: AutoUpdate internal error 100 - please contact customer support"
Attempting to use the offline scanner but this message always comes up during personalization and the scanner never shows up in the cloud. The VM console only shows an IP address. No URL.
I've tried with VMWare Player 14, 12, and deployed to vCenter. It always shows this same error.
NIC1 is set to NAT, and NIC2 set to Host-only per instructions.
This is my first experience with Qualys, so maybe I'm missing something basic?
