how to associate a remediation policy to a business unit?
I have created a policy that will assign the ticket to a user that is assigned to a BU, but the BU seems not assigned.
There are two types of remediation policies:
1. Global policy
2. Business Unit policy
- Remediation policies that you create as the Manager of your Qualys account are global policies. They look like this:
As you can see, it's not assigned to any Business Unit.
- Remediation policies that you create as a Unit Manager are Business Unit policies. They look like this:
As you can see, it is assigned to a Business Unit.
For the Unit Manager to be able to create/edit remediation policies, the required permissions must be enabled:
