would it be possible assign the remediation tickets to a group instead of a single user?
Hi, the ticket can only be assigned to the user who launched the scan, the asset owner or any user configured under Users > Users.
However, you can have daily ticket notifications sent to a distribution group. These notifications contain information about ticket activity in your account, total ticket summary, and tickets modified since the previous day.
This can be done from Users > Users > Edit User > Options > Ticket Notifications > Enable Daily trouble tickets updates.
