would it be possible assign the remediation tickets to a group instead of a single user?
Hi, the ticket can only be assigned to the user who launched the scan, the asset owner or any user configured under Users > Users.
However, you can have daily ticket notifications sent to a distribution group. These notifications contain information about ticket activity in your account, total ticket summary, and tickets modified since the previous day.
This can be done from Users > Users > Edit User > Options > Ticket Notifications > Enable Daily trouble tickets updates.

There is another way to do this. If you plan on using the internal Qualys tickets, you can create a user id that indicates the team. For example, Server Team or Network Team. Then you can create a remediation policy for certain assets, say Windows Servers (Asset Group or Asset Tag) and those vulnerabilities defined by search lists (All Microsoft Confirmed Sev 4 and Sev 5 vulnerabilities) to be assigned to that team.
Once that is setup, you can have them log into the portal and do a search for tickets assigned to that user id Server Team.
