F rating for a website that has no RSA

Hi

We have an F5 with RSA cipher suites disabled.  However, when I run the ssllabs reports against the site it tells me that we do have RSA enabled.  Just yesterday, I was on an A rating, now on an F rating.  I know that some changes were due on the 1st March with the SSL test.  Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

The site I am scanning is : www.shapeoftraining.co.uk

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

M
