Is there a way to send out email notification to users that have remediation policies applied to them? For example,
Case 1. when I re-assign tickets from 1 user to another user I'd like the new user to be notified that 10 tickets were re-assigned to them and which those 10 tickets were.
Case 2. When a scan completes, I'd like an email to be send to the user stating that 30 new tickets were assigned to them based on the last scan results.
Is there a setting that I need to enable to turn these email notifications on?
