I have Virtual Scanner on Azure Platform which was deployed through CLI mode. During the recent maintenance by Azure , the Virtual Instance rebooted or had downtime for 30 minutes. once the instance were up and running, the scanner did not come online thereafter. What are the checks ot troubleshooting to be done. Below are the checks already done,
1. No Change in Instance ID or Rules.
2. No Change in NSG
3.NO change in hosting environment.
4. No Change in IP address.
5. Checked the boot diagnostic log.
I get the personalization validation failed where in i have only one scanner and no way we would have used this anywhere else.
