Installed software under AssetView is blank

I'm trying to find the installed software under some machines but all of them are blank. We run a scan 16 hours ago but nothing shows up. Can someone tell me what is needed to get this feature working? Is this included in the AssetView subscription or is this something that requires additional subscription?
