My company is using Qualys to scan Network Computers. all computer scanned but unfortunately few computers not able to scan. It seems those computers not able to reach by Qualys. Please guide me what to enable in those network computers.
I recommend the Rollout Guide, which goes into detail on topics like defining the scope of your scans, installing (virtual) scanner appliances, and installing cloud agents. The free training also covers these topics. Of course there can be many reasons why a given computer or set of computers isn't scanned; if the above doesn't uncover what is happening, then I recommend contacting Qualys Support with specifics about what is not being scanned.
Thanks a lot for your reply. However how will I know that my Network Computers are scanned or not ? Is there any entries available to see in my Network computer ?
