Seeing Approved Hosts marked with a "A" in map scan

I am just a Unit Manager  for our Qualys account, is this the reason that I cannot see hosts that I know are approved in our account in the map scan results marked with a  "A".  Under the Approved there are no hosts marked with a "A", but under Scannable and Live there are host that have a "S" or a "L" or both.
