How can I create tickets based on vulnerabilities found by WAS?

I attempted to create a remediation policy that I hoped would create tickets based on vulns found by the WAS application. However, I ran a scan to test it out and there were no tickets created.

 

Is this possible? Do these policies work across applications?

Remediation is located in the VM app and the scan is being performed by the WAS app.
