New to Qualys VM. Was hoping to be able to assign remediation tickets to a group of users via policy rule. Is there a way to do this?
A Remediation policy can assign tickets to only one Qualys user. Multiple users cannot be specified in a Remediation policy.
That is correct. So if you have teams and you want them to get tickets - I would suggest create a Qualys user id for that team and have the policies assign the vulnerabilities to that user id. Once that is done, the people from that team can login an search for any Open tickets assigned to their team user id and start remediation. Hope this helps.
