How much time can I expect to wait until the AV module is updated and correlates with the VM module? I am seeing days of delay, that, or one of these modules is not accurate.

This problem is best addressed by Qualys Support. They are actively looking at the sync behavior between AV & other modules, and they will be able to dig into the details of your specific case and identify if you are getting expected behavior.
This is a subscription specific situation. Most sync jobs are streaming and are done with least or no visible delays.
Support can check it for you to see if the sync is slow for some reasons and put it on a watch to study.
