I disabled the session resumption in openssl by using -no_ticket option. After that it started using session IDs which is expected. Now my question is - how can I go back to default session_ticket?
I am using openssl - Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS.
I don't think you can enable it (in that session) after explicitly disabling it.
Please provide some detail on how you "disabled the session resumption in openssl"
openssl s_client -connect www.xbz.com:443 -reconnect -no_ticket
-no_ticket option disables the session ticket and uses session IDs instead.
I don't find any option to re-enable session tickets?
