When you want to temporarily set the action for tickets to close-ignore you need to perform 2 steps.
First you need to edit the ticket en select action for to close-ignore then save it.
Secondly you need to re-edit the ticket in order to get the options automatically re-open this ticket.
This is really impractical. Not sure if this is the correct procedure for a feature request, but anyone who agrees on getting this changed then please vote or if anyone knows what the correct procedure is for a feature request then let me know.
