User with remediation role does not see all tickets

When users with the remediation role assigned login, then not all the tickets that are assigned to the user are being displayed. To reveal all tickets assigned for that user we have to run search (without search parameters) to get all the tickets displayed.

 

This was no issue before, apparently this was introduced due to a update on the Qualys Cloud platform or something like that.

 

Anyone else experience the same issue of perhaps has a solution for this?
