When integrating Qualys with SNOW, is it just the CMDB data that gets transferred ? Will Qualys tickets generate tickets in SNOW?
The The Qualys App for Service Now CMDB App (Qualys App for ServiceNow CMDB Documentation (aka CMDB Sync) ) only syncs assets from Qualys to Service Now and syncs IP and related information from Service Now to Qqualys to enable for Scanning.

What is the "additional information" that is shared outside of IP from CMDB to Qualys? For example, if I have a product and product owner defined in my CMDB, could that be populated in Qualys?

NOTE: Within Vulnerability Management > Assets > Setup is the option to set up to three (3) unique attributes to your assets within your subscription. Define host attribute names that will appear to all users when viewing host information. Host attribute values may be customized on a per-host basis as well.
No you can’t sync that additional data from SNOW to Qualys, only enable IPs and enable for scanning inVM and PC. Qualys doesn’t allow assets to be created outside a scan or agent.
Transform maps are only valid in context of Qualys to SNOW.
