SAQ Password Expiry

Hi there,

I'm testing out a campaign (Reviewable -3 stage) and every time I send the campaign back to the vendor they are unable to log in with their previous password. They keep getting a pop up saying "Unable to Login - Your username or password may be incorrect, we could not authenticate you. Please check them and try again." I know they are entering the correct credentials. Is this a normal process that the vendor loses access to their credentials and need to reset password every time the SAQ is sent back to them for more clarification?

If someone could please advise, it would be appreciated.
