External vulnerability scanning and NAT

How do you handle the vulnerabilty scanning for a home network setup? The client has a router and only one private IP. The ISP uses a NAT to masquerade the private IP. Since there are well known NAT attacks, the scanning is required... how can this user get the scanning done using the on-demand QualysGuard scanner? Any feedback is appreciated...
