Virtual Appliance Failed To BOOTUP

Dears,

 

I've open a ticket with support from several days and didn't get the support yet. The appliance crashed and showing the Shell command line when trying to investigate the issue the issue via virtual machine. Is there any way to fix the booting or no hope.
