SAML SSO getting stuck at internal ADFS page

Hi, Qualys Support provide us with a QualysGuard_SharedPlatform-SAML20-SP relying party identifier, but because this is not a URL, we are being prompted with an ADFS selection page before we can pass-through to Qualys.

 

Other vendors provide a company-specific URL for the identifier, and then use the external ID such as SMTP address for recognition of company, e.g. https://mycompany.my.salesforce.com  or https://mycompany.hypeinnovation.com

 

Is the SAML config setup with the same relying partner as above for other firms please?
