Closed Vulns Report by SLA ?

I need to create a report for fixed vulns and download via the API in CSV format. I need to show the quantity of vulns which were fixed inside SLA (30/60/90 days for Sev 5/4/3) and how many outside, ordered by Asset Tag. SLA means the time between first seen and resolved. I tried all the built-in reports for Scan and Remediation but am having trouble getting to closed/fixed ticket data. Is this possible ?

No problem at all for New/Active/Re-opened vulns but Closed / Fixed ? 

Please don't point me at scorecard. Scorecard is not flexible enough to report by the tags we have.
