External Scanner (WAS Module) - it doesn`t work

Hello,

 

We just noticed this morning that all scans running with the External Scanner remained in  "Submitted" state and also we have some scans that are still running since 15 October and this is not ok, because the " Progressive Scanning " was enabled. Actually, when we are trying to cancel them, none of them respond.

 

Can you please share with us some resolutions or if a new release which could affect the scanners was planned, because  something strange is definitely going on and we don`t know how to fix it.
