Is it possible to integrate Remedy ticketing tool with WAS module? We want to create tickets for each vulnerability
My recommendation would be to use the API to accomplish this. Now someone may have written something; I do not know. There are some other application already built that pull data from Qualys via the API and ship it somewhere else.
I am unaware if there is anything free but you should be able to pull the scans down and based on your criteria submit a ticket to remedy. Your issue will be to keep track of what you have submitted and then you would want to close the ticket once the vulnerability is not detected.
It is definitely possible but I wont recommend it that way though. It can turn out to be overwhelming.
You can fire an API call to download all "Detections" for a specific Web App and forward them through to Remedy.
Qualys provides vulnerability tracking and also a feature called "Re-test", that can significantly speed up things.
