Browsercheck just showing "No items detected!"

Hi All,

I have been using the browsercheck for some years now but not for the past months due to the problems with having the extensions loaded in Firefox. I can understand that a new plugin should have been released that is digitally signed. The old plugin is no longer installed on my machines. When running a scan it just shows as "No items detected" and doesn't show any scans for any f the browers installed. Also not getting prompted to install any new plugin. I might just be completely misunderstanding this but really want this service to work again. Any ideas on what is going on or how I can fix it?
