Can seem to determine if the web application scanning supports IOS scanning.
If you talking about a native mobile app where the code is running on the device, then the answer is No. WAS does not scan this type of thick client application. However, some mobile apps are actually just web apps with a native code wrapper. These could potentially be scanned by WAS. You just need to know the starting URL and often it will work if you try it in a standard web browser. Lastly, I will mention that native mobile apps typically communicate to the server via web services, either SOAP or REST and scanning of these backend services is supported by WAS (currently SOAP is supported and REST is coming).
