Qualys false positive service detection

Hi Qualys Community!

 

We have been running a couple of scans over a CISCO device.

Some of the hits we have gotten are related to having Telnet service enabled.

The problem is, we checked the devices and those services are definitely not enabled.

 

Does anyone ever had a similar situation like that? Could this be a bug?
