Cloud agent issues

Hello,

 

Would someone please help me understand  and resolve the following cloud agent issues

 

1) Some agent hosts show that they were scanned more than 24 hours (some 6 days or more)

 

2) Some Agent Hosts show version "unknown" an older version than 1.4.1.0

 

My understanding was the cloud agent is self healing/updating.
