We recently updated our load balancer to completely disable TLS 1.0 (only allow TLS 1.1/1.2 now).
I understand older browsers would not be supported (and some have TLS 1.1/1.2 disabled by default). However when working with these handful of clients even trying the latest version of Chrome results in their browser getting a connection closed error.
I am curious what support methods you all could recommend to help us debug these users. So far they reported customers appear to be coming from Windows 7.
I did have one of them try download curl . The output of curl was 'Unknown SSL protocol error in connection'
Any help is appreciated.
