After we installed CA on some test servers we noticed they stopped checking in. We have determined that because the web firewall had not been authenticated into though the browserand it was blocking port 443 traffic. Any way to get around this? Rarely does out servers get their firewall authenticated because the engineer does not use any browsers sessions while doing any server operations.

 

Does the CA report to the internal scanner or directly out port 443 back to Qualys?
