Cloud Platform Service Degradation:  Scanner Appliance Update Delay

Updates to scanner appliances are currently delayed.  This means that new vulnerability signatures will not be delivered to the appliances and emails regarding these updates will not be sent out.

 

At this time Virtual, Offline and larger NV appliances are affected.  Voyager appliances are not affected at this time.

 

Our Operations team is currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  Once resolved, all appliances will return to normal operation.  No action is required.
