Host has no authentication information

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone has figured why Qualys VM thinks that there are no authentication information associated when I've already created an Authentication record.

 

I've tried doing a scan with the default option file and then trying an auth scan, but it still doesn't pickup the record.

This server has a DHCP address.

status of firewall is off (Ubuntu)

SSH service is enabled

 

 

Errors below:

Not Attempted

 

Host has no authentication information

 

associated with it

Do you guys have any other tips on forcing qualys to understand the auth records?
