Chromium: Your connection to is encrypted with obsolete cryptography

Chromium: Version 41.0.2272.76 Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) is showing an "obsolete cryptography" warning (see below). This site gets an SSLlabs server test A+.

The only thing I can think is that the root cert is only SHA1 (the cert itself is SHA2). SSLLabs test says:

RSA 2048 bits (e 65537) / SHA1withRSA

Weak or insecure signature, but no impact on root certificate

Is that what Chromium is picking at? or have I missed something else.
